Terms of Service

Redy is an educational application designed to help individuals prepare for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) civics test, which is part of the naturalization process. We provide study materials, practice questions, AI-assisted answer grading, and mock interview simulations based on the official USCIS civics question banks.

This Service is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Nothing in the Service should be construed as legal advice about your immigration status, eligibility for naturalization, or any other legal matter. Redy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to USCIS or any agency of the United States government. Question content is reproduced from publicly available civics test study materials published by USCIS for applicants.

We cannot and do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in passing the USCIS civics test, a successful naturalization interview, or any particular immigration outcome. Test results, interview outcomes, and naturalization decisions are determined by USCIS and are subject to factors entirely outside our control. Practice scores within the app are not predictions about your actual exam performance.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not share your account, transfer it, or allow others to access it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the paid period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period unless required by applicable law.

All fees are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or republish our question content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to develop a competing product
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

The Service and its original content (excluding publicly available USCIS question content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Redy and its licensors. The USCIS civics questions reproduced in the Service are in the public domain and published by the U.S. government for public use. Our organization, presentation, and supplemental content (explanations, distractors, AI-generated hints) are our proprietary work.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that answer content will always reflect the most current USCIS materials.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REDY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms via email or a prominent notice within the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we are incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that state, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
